What are project templates?

Project templates allow you to quickly create a new project in your Logikcull account using the settings from one that already exists. With this feature, you can save valuable time by starting a new project with pre-configured users, tags, fields, and preferences - all with a single click!

What's captured in a project template?

 Project templates include:

  • Project Preferences: Timezone Default, Deduplication View, Microsoft Document Default Renderings (MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel), Billing/Client Code

  • Saved Searches (searches that include project-specific IDs or filter carousel values are not currently supported)

  • Load File Field Mapping Templates

Who has the ability to create and use Project Templates?

Only users with Account Owner or Account Admin permissions have the ability to create, and edit Project Templates. These user types can also make Project Templates visible to Project Creators, for use when creating a new project. All Project Templates are hidden by default. Learn more about the different user types here.
