This feature is available for all projects created in Logikcull after May 22, 2016.
Introduction
Table view is a structured, customizable table list view of documents in a Logikcull project.
Switching to Table View
You can toggle between the standard List view and Table view via the View toggle on the upper right corner of the search results:
Customizing columns in Table View
Once in Table view, you can customize the visible columns by clicking Customize Columns:
From the Select and Order Columns modal that appears:
Add or remove columns in your view by checking or unchecking boxes from the left panel
Re-order columns by dragging them into the desired order in the right panel
Viewing Related Family Documents in Table View
A new way to organize and view related documents in Table View is now available. Related family documents will appear as nested child rows under their parent document, making it easier to track document relationships.
If you click on a parent document, you'll see all related documents where it acts as the parent. Alternatively, if you click on a child document, you'll see where it is the child.
By selecting both, you can view all related family documents together.
This functionality works seamlessly alongside column customization, so you can adjust your Table View layout while keeping family documents visible.
π‘ TIP: If you'd like your Table view to "stick" between logged in sessions, please check your browser settings. There is a cookie in your browser settings labeled "Local storage". This cookie stores table view settings in Logikcull. If it's deleted, your table view settings will be lost after logging out.
