As demand for streamlined, self-serve eDiscovery tools continues to rise globally, Logikcull is now generally available to meet our customers where they are—both geographically and operationally. With this launch, all customers who want access can now use Logikcull’s powerful simplicity, hosted locally, to comply with regional data regulations. This expansion ensures faster performance, improved data residency compliance, and the same intuitive experience users rely on—now available across borders.
Search Table Templates
One of the standout features of our search table View is the ability to customize the columns displayed in search results. This flexibility allows users to tailor the information displayed within their search results, ensuring they only see what's most relevant to their needs. Now, Admins can take it one step further by creating and saving templates of their customized column configurations. These templates can be shared across projects, ensuring consistency and streamlining setup for similar cases.
Onna Integration with Logikcull

This integration optimizes your review process by leveraging Onna's advanced collection and processing capabilities. Assigned Documents Notification and Link
Users can now receive notifications—both within the app and via email—whenever documents are assigned to them. These notifications include direct links to their assigned documents, allowing reviewers to jump straight into their work without wasting time navigating filters. This update is especially valuable for large-scale review projects with multiple team members, where staying on top of assignments is critical to maintaining momentum. Notifications respect each user’s notification settings, ensuring a personalized experience that helps reviewers stay focused, responsive, and aligned with their team’s workflow.
Other Fixes and Tweaks
Download Template Translation Issue: Resolved a bug where the translation for updating download templates was not functioning as expected. Additionally, fixed an issue where the incorrect label translation was being used for the update template.
Non-Printable Characters in Filenames: Resolved an issue where non-printable or empty characters in file names caused incorrect Document Type values during production uploads. The system now trims trailing spaces in file names to ensure proper filtering.
PDF Split Error: Fixed an issue where PDF splits showed an error message even when successful. The system now accurately displays success messages when no errors are detected.
Saved Search Field Reset Issue: Fixed an issue where modifying the Saved Search field while creating a download reset other options. Now only relevant values like sort, sort order, and search ID reset, improving user experience.
Bulk Keyword Search Error Line: Fixed an issue where errors in rows beyond the 20th line in a Bulk Keyword Search were misidentified as occurring in the first line. The system now correctly references the error line, improving error accuracy.
A/V File Playback Issue in New Projects: Resolved an issue where audio and video files imported via DB were unplayable after being copied to new projects.
Large PDF Rendering Issue: Resolved an issue where large rich PDF files failed during metadata extraction and render stages. The system now processes large PDFs more reliably for accurate rendering.
NavBar Icon Color Issue: Fixed an issue where side navigation bar icons were not displaying correctly due to a new fill color rule. Icons now appear as expected.
Download Metadata Popup Template Information: Updated the download metadata popup to display the name of the download template used. If no template was applied, “none” is shown for clarity.
Saved Grid Template Label Update: Changed the label for the Saved Grid template to "Save as project template." Updated the tooltip to "Template will be visible project-wide," and replaced "Owner" with "Visible to" for clarity.
Slack Zip Integrity Validation: Implemented Slack zip integrity validation to ensure correct format and required files, improving file handling reliability.
Duplicate Case Creation in GVault: Fixed an issue where users could create duplicate cases in the Google Vault Matter dropdown if existing matters were still loading. The system now validates matter names to prevent duplicates.
Email Notification for Upload Extraction Failures: Introduced an email notification for customers when an upload fails to extract, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Project Archiving Error Message: Improved error messaging for archiving and unarchiving projects. If a Project Admin attempts to archive or unarchive a project they did not create, the system now displays a clear error message with the creator’s contact information.
