Summer might be filing a motion to adjourn, but it’s the perfect time to gear up for the fall with Logikcull’s latest enhancements.

From sharing project templates to enabling reviewable redactions, these updates are designed to improve efficiency and add flexibility to your workflow. Plus, we’ve tackled key usability improvements and addressed issues based on your feedback. Check out the details below to see what’s new!

Share Project Templates with Project Creators

We’ve added the ability to share project templates with Project Creators in Logikcull, making it quicker and easier for your team to launch new projects. With predefined templates, everyone stays on the same page, ensuring faster setups and more consistency across the board.

Reviewable Redactions

Need to send your proposed redactions to a third party, like an expert or a judge, for in-camera review? It’s now easier than ever! Just use the Quick PDF viewer and select the “Transparent for review” option when downloading your results. This feature ensures a smooth and efficient review process, helping you stay organized and focused.

User Interface Improvements

Over the past few months, you may have noticed some design updates in the app! We’ve enhanced the look and feel of commonly used features, including noticeable changes to the 4-Step Download Flow and Production Import Flow. We’ve also made subtle improvements to the Quick CSV download, Advanced Search builder, and Account Preferences. These updates keep Logikcull modern and user-friendly. With a refreshed technology backbone, we’re excited about future enhancements, including the potential for multilingual support to improve global collaboration.

Other Fixes and Tweaks

  • Document Tagging Fix: Documents will no longer automatically disappear after being tagged when the “Has no tags” filter is applied, allowing users to continue tagging their work product that they need to their documents.

  • Performance Improvements: We’ve updated the front-end framework to make the application faster, smoother, and easier to use.

  • Folder Filtering: Users can now easily select all uploads within a folder for quicker filtering.

  • Default Document View: New users will now see their document list default to Table View instead of List View, as this is the most popular configuration.

  • New Auto-Tag Feature: We’ve introduced a new Auto-Tag called “Is Slack Public Channel,” making it easier to filter search results to display only public channel content from Slack.

  • Slack Preserve in Place: Deactivated Slack users will now appear in the Slack Preserve in Place custodian selector screen, ensuring data from former employees is preserved as part of a legal hold.

  • Error Fixes:

    • Resolved an issue preventing users from adding MS365 preservations to existing legal holds.

    • Fixed an error that stopped Legal Hold Admins from adding attachments to legal holds.

We’d love to hear your feedback on these enhancements and any future improvements you’d like to see. Thank you, as always, for being a valued Reveal | Logikcull customer!
