As the holiday season approaches, we’re rolling out features to make your eDiscovery workflows faster, smoother, and smarter. These updates are designed to help you finish the year strong—read on to discover how Logikcull is making your job easier than ever!🎉
Custom Fields
You can now add user-generated custom fields directly to the documents table in Logikcull, making it easier to track metadata, issue codes, or review statuses specific to your case. Simply "customize columns" and search for your custom field name to tailor the table to your team's needs. This update streamlines the review process, improves organization, and keeps your discovery process on track.
Overlay any Document
We’ve expanded your overlay options! You can now overlay any document, not just Production Uploads. This new flexibility allows you to easily update or refine metadata, replace placeholders or low-quality images, and make other improvements to ensure the accuracy and quality of your document data. With this enhancement, you’ll save time, reduce errors, and maintain a streamlined, organized eDiscovery workflow.
Manage Tags in Place
You can now manage tags directly from the Tags section in the document viewer side panel. Previously, you could add tags, but editing, organizing, or deleting them required navigating to the Tags tab on the Project Admin page. With this update, you can make changes on the fly without interrupting your review flow!
Other Fixes and Tweaks
Expanded Redaction Label Options: Users can now create redaction labels with common special characters such as parentheses and periods, thanks to reduced character restrictions.
Load File Download Issue Resolved: Load files will no longer be included in downloads by default if the "Include load files in download" checkbox is unchecked, eliminating the need for manual toggling.
Slack Import Form Error Fixed: Pressing Enter on the Slack Import form without selecting participants or channels will no longer cause an error.
Accurate "Inclusive" Tagging: Resolved an issue where the "inclusive" tag was incorrectly applied to duplicate emails, ensuring it only transfers to unique emails for easier review.
Corrected File Date Display: Fixed an issue where some downloaded text files showed an incorrect "date modified" value, ensuring accuracy.
Improved Redaction Editing: The red close "X" for redactions has been repositioned outside the redaction box, preventing obstruction and allowing smoother adjustments.
Download Summary Sorting Fix: The download summary page now correctly displays the sort order as "Filepath A-Z" when the default sort order is used, rather than showing "Order ID (asc)."
We’d love to hear your feedback on these enhancements and any future improvements you’d like to see. Thank you, as always, for choosing Reveal | Logikcull—we appreciate your support- and happy holidays!
