When naming Images, you can select from different options in the drop-down menu:

Here are some brief explanations of what to expect from each selection.

Bates Number as File Name

Each document is named with its starting Bates number:

and each page is stamped with its own unique Bates:

Original File Name

Each document is named with its' original file name, as processed during upload into Logikcull:

Documents exported with their original filenames will all be placed into the same-level folder. Duplicates will receive a suffixed number at the end of the name.

Suffixed Bates Number as File Name

Each document is named with a sequential Bates number, regardless of the number of pages in the document.

The documents are endorsed with the filename + suffixed page numbers:

Each first page is stamped with the document number and subsequent pages have the page number suffixed. For example, here are Suffixed Bates Number endorsementes for pages 1 and 2 of "BATES0008":

Imported Bates as File Name

Documents from production uploads will be named by their imported Bates number. These were imported with Bates label โ€œABC######โ€

If you choose to add Bates label endorsements, those endorsements will still match the numbering you specified in Step 4.
