If you've got more tags than you know what to do with, here are some tips to start organizing!
Start by accessing your Tags by going to Project Settings (gear icon top right when in the project) > Tags tab:
In the tags tab, you can click 'edit' on a tag to adjust the name of that tag.
Important note: Searches referencing the previous tag name may need to be updated
Rearrange Tag Order
From the Tags tab, you will have the capability to rearrange all your tags and tag folders. Simply drag and drop by clicking the tag title to rearrange the tags to your liking. The order of your tags here will reflect in the Document Viewer and Search Carousel as well.
Also accessible through the Tags tab is ability to create Tag Folders to better organize and access your Tags. Navigate to the top right of Tags tab page and click New > New Folder:
- Streamline your review process by keeping tags organized
- Sequester old or rarely-used tags from those you use more often
- Keep your team on track by creating a tag folder for each level of your review
- Group your tags into logical sets (e.g., privilege reasons or issue codes)
