Users now have the ability to temporarily customize the display order of tags within the Tags search filter facet. This session-based customization doesn't affect the project's default tag order.
How to change the Display Order
At the top of the Tags search filter facet, users will see a kebab icon (three vertical dots).
Clicking this icon opens a menu where users can temporarily change the order of tags. The selected option will remain in effect until the page is refreshed, after which the tags revert to the project’s predefined order.
Selecting “Sort: Name (a-z)” sorts tags alphabetically from A to Z.
Selecting “Sort: Name (z-a)” sorts tags in reverse alphabetical order, from Z to A.
Choosing “Sort: Tag Count” sorts tags based on the number of times each tag has been applied, with the most used tags shown first.
Important Notes
These changes only affect the current page view and do not alter the permanent tag order for the project
Refreshing the page resets the tag order to the project default
This feature helps users find and navigate tags more efficiently during searches or filtering.
