From data collection to faster search & review, and enhanced download and production processes, our new features are built to improve your entire workflow and help you get more done, effortlessly.

Customers can now set up their MS365 Outlook integration using app-based authentication. This new option eliminates the need to assign admin permissions to the user performing the collection, as well as the requirement to delegate each custodian's mailbox. As a result, the process for collecting Outlook data becomes more secure and efficient.

We’ve added the ability to combine and download PDFs by their family in Logikcull’s Quick PDF download tool. This simplifies document management by reducing the number of individual documents and keeping all related context together, making it easier to review and share.

Additionally, you can now rename documents in the Quick PDF download view using their Bates file name when selecting the “previous production” option. This ensures consistent Bates file naming across downloads, leading to smoother document management.

We’ve listened to your feedback about wanting more functionality with file path and directory/folder structure data for collected documents. To enhance your experience, you can now click directly on a path segment in the search results table view. This allows you to filter documents that share the same path prefix, making it easier to access and manage related files.

In other words, simply click on “Notes” in “Collection.zip/Notes/2024” to filter on documents under the “Collection.zip/Notes/”. This supports file container formats like .zip files and mailbox formats like PST/Mbox.
