Summer may be coming to an end, but we’re just getting warmed up! We are delighted to share our latest set of product enhancements.

Slack Credential Delegation πŸ”

In response to your feedback, Org Owners in Slack now have the option to delegate permissions to cloud upload users. This not only facilitates an easier utilization of our Slack integration but also adds a secure layer with the ability to track each activity carried out with the delegated credentials. You can also specify an expiration date for the delegatee’s access, providing further control of sensitive data access.

Legal Hold Improvements

Legal Hold Custodians Report: New Filtering Options πŸ”Ž

The Legal Hold Custodians report has been enhanced with new filtering options, allowing for a more efficient and detailed reporting process. Filter by created date, specific holds, and custodians.

Weekly Hold Custodian Report via Email πŸ“§

We’ve rolled out a weekly email summary that encapsulates the status of unconfirmed legal hold custodians. This includes a spreadsheet attachment and a direct link to the legal holds page, providing a consolidated view and easy access to pertinent details.

Release Notice Notifications for CC'd Recipients πŸ‘₯

CC'd hold recipients now receive both the original hold notice and the subsequent release notices, keeping all parties informed.

Customizable β€œResend” Emails for Legal Hold Admins πŸ“

You can now customize β€œresend” emails delivered to custodians who haven't acknowledged a notice, including both message subject and body.

Other Fixes & Tweaks

Image Rendering in .pages Files πŸ“„

We fixed an issue affecting .pages (Mac β€œPages”) files that would sometimes cause poor rendering quality and missing images.

Thank you for being our customer! Look for some big releases coming soon like Microsoft Teams cloud upload support, Microsoft Preserve in Place, and a major Search Results table view upgrade!
