It's that exciting time again when we get to share our latest product enhancements with our most valued community—you! Whether it's refining features based on your feedback or introducing new tools to elevate your experience, we're always looking for ways to make our platform better. Dive in and discover what we've been up to!

Google Vault Metadata Overlay for GDrive Files

We’re now utilizing metadata provided by the Google Vault integration to overlay corrected metadata for GDrive files during Google Vault cloud uploads. Greater accuracy, searchability, and defensibility… and less remediation work.

Legal Hold Improvements

  1. Step-by-Step Ease: Implemented a feature that allows users to jump back and forth between completed steps in the Hold creation process, maintaining visual indicators of completion, while preventing forward movement if the current step is incomplete.

  2. Audited Releases: Need to release an individual from a hold? Now you can—with full audit trail intact.

  3. Hold Duration At a Glance: With the new 'Days Active' column in the Legal Holds report, admins can easily see how long holds have been active.

Other Fixes & Tweaks

  1. Keyword Highlight Precision: Implemented exact match functionality in Persistent Highlights to allow users to create precise keyword highlights, addressing an issue where terms like 'T.O. 1234' were previously leading to undesired results.

  2. Language Clarity: Say adiós to those pesky issues with rendering Spanish-language characters (such as í, ó, é, ú, á) in EMLs.

  3. QC Tag Resolution: We've sorted out the 'Has Splits' Auto Tag sticking around after PDF splits are deleted.

  4. Upload Safety: We’ve implemented clearer instructions on the file upload modal/card to ensure users keep their laptop open during the transfer phase.

  5. Form Data Persistence: We’ll persist project custodian selection even if you close a form before completing your update.

We hope you enjoy these updates as much as we enjoyed building them for you. Keep the feedback coming—it fuels our drive (and our coffee machine)! Until next time. 🚀
