Support access provides Logikcull support team members temporary user access to the project within the Logikcull app. Please note that support access does not grant Logikcull remote control of your computer.
You must be at least a project admin to grant support access. If you're unsure, do you have the ability to create uploads and downloads? If the answer is "yes," proceed to the next steps. If not, double-check with your account's administrator.
From "My Projects," click on the ellipsis on the right side of the project for which you want to grant support access, and go to Settings.
At the top of the Project Settings page, select the Users tab, then click the green "Grant Support Access" button. This gives Logikcull Support access to the project for 24 hours.
Access is automatically revoked at the end of the 24-hour window, or you can click "Revoke Support Access" to revoke access immediately.
