What file types does Logikcull support?

Logikcull easily processes and creates reviewable images for hundreds of supported file formats and extensions.

Logikcull processes and renders electronic data automatically when uploading via File Upload or a supported cloud integration. Below is a list of file types that are supported by our system. If the file type you're looking for doesn't appear in this list, it will still be uploaded but will not receive a rendered image. Instead, you'll see a placeholder slipsheet and the Auto Tag: Not Rendered.

EnCase LEF (L01, L02, L03, etc)

If you have spanned Encase LEF files, they must have the extension L01, L02, L03, etc. and must be zipped up in a single zip file together. Please note that we do not support spanned Lx files at this time, e.g. extensions Lx01, Lx02, Lx03, etc. Also please note E01 and Ex01 files contain whole disk images, such archives are NOT currently supported by Logikcull.

Identifying files that were not rendered

In situations where a file type is not supported, or Logikcull is unable to render an image, the record for that is stored in your project and these can be easily identified by clicking on the Carousel Auto Tag: Not Rendered or by using the File Extension filter. In such cases, you can still download the native electronic file to review on your computer.
