Change your password from a logged in session

You can change your password by clicking on your user avatar from the account menu on the left. From there you can enter a new password, but you'll need to enter your existing password first in order to save a new one.

Forgotten Passwords

If you don't know your original password, you can log out of Logikcull and use the "Forgot Password" login option.

You can also check the spelling of your password by clicking the ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ icon in the password field.

If your account has 2FA enabled, you will be prompted for your second factor code before being able to reset your password.

Minimum Password Requirements

  1. Must be at least 15 characters long

  2. Must be different from previously-used passwords

  3. Must include at least 3 of the following elements:

  • A lowercase letter

  • An uppercase letter

  • A number

  • A special character

When changing your password, your new password cannot be the same as any of your last 6 passwords.

A minimum and a maximum password age may be enforced by your account admin. If you are unable to update your password, please contact your account admin. They will not be able to override these requirements for your user, but can help you navigate them.
