Metadata

When performing a Cloud upload, we make an effort to capture existing metadata wherever possible. Some metadata, such as a file's name, will be reflected directly in Logikcull's interface. Anything not directly visible is stored with other document metadata will be displayed in the More Info panels. You can get to your metadata by clicking on "...More".  From the drop down options that appear select "Metadata". If you would like to see additional metadata, select the "...More" button from the three tabs that appeared and you will be directed to all the document metadata available.

The currently available metadata lists are below:

Searching
Many of the metadata fields from your Cloud upload can be searched directly in Logikcull. Each integration uses its own syntax, so check below for examples. In general, your search will be formatted in the form of:

integration.field:"search_term"

Box
Box integrations capture metadata with the prefix 'box_fields', so if you wanted to search for a specific Box ID for example, you would enter this in the search bar:

box_fields.id:"12345678901"
