Step 1: Pull the internal file path to include the folders of interest

For example, the full file path is:

\2017 Logikcull Sample Data large.zip\2017 Logikcull Sample Data\001_Mail_PST\sally_beck_002_1_1_1.pst\Top of Personal Folders\beck-s\Beck, Sally\Beck, Sally\Drafts (Lotus Notes)

Let's say you're only interested in the sally_beck_002_1_1_1.pst path

Then you would only want to select:

“\2017 Logikcull Sample Data large.zip\2017 Logikcull Sample Data\001_Mail_PST\sally_beck_002_1_1_1.pst”

Step 2: Pull up the power search and select the file path field

Step 3: Copy and paste the file path to include only folders of interest into the search bar. Make sure to keep the double quotes.

For example, the basic search bar should appear like this once you enter it into the “File Path” field:

file_path:"\2017 Logikcull Sample Data large.zip\2017 Logikcull Sample Data\001_Mail_PST\sally_beck_002_1_1_1.pst"

You can switch to the table view to verify all the file paths in the results and review that way as well.

You can also run a CSV download, make sure to include the File Path field, and then export the results into a spreadsheet.
