What does it take to have our support team take a look at your projects? Just click on the green "Grant Support Access" button! Here's how to find it:

  1. First, you must be a project admin or higher. If you're unsure, do you have the ability to create uploads and downloads? If the answer is "yes," proceed to the next steps. If not, double check with your account admin.
  2. Go into "My Projects," click on the ellipsis on the right side of the project and go to Settings.

3. At the top of the page, select the users tab.

4. Click on the green "Grant Support Access" button. This gives Logikcull Support access to the project for 24 hours.
